2. Services

Live spiritual growth courses provide interactive sessions led by experienced facilitators. Participants are expected to engage respectfully and follow instructions to ensure a supportive environment.

2.1 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Requests to cancel or reschedule must be submitted at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date via the contact form. Approved rescheduling requests incur no additional fees and may be arranged based on availability.

2.2 Refund Policy for Services

Full refunds are granted for cancellations made at least 7 calendar days before the start date. Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the start date or after sessions begin are not eligible for a refund, due to limited capacity and resource allocation. Refunds are processed to the original channel within 14 business days after approval.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital downloads such as eBooks, recordings, and course materials provided by Orisuma.

3.1 Delivery and Access

Access links are delivered immediately after purchase. Buyers must ensure they have compatible devices to access digital content.

3.2 No Refunds for Information Products

Due to the instantaneous nature of digital delivery, all information product sales are final. In case of technical defects, Orisuma will provide a replacement file or access link within 5 business days upon request via the contact form.

4. Goods

Goods refer to physical items such as printed books, workbooks, and branded materials.

4.1 Returns and interactions
